June 30 ‘24 – Given

I can’t decide if Given is my favorite queer anime or if Sasaki & Miyano is. Given might take the cake but just slightly. This anime is actually very sad at points and I definitely cried. I have some of the manga downloaded on my phone but I haven’t started it yet. However, now that I’m talking about it again I think that’s what I’m going to do this week. I love the musical aspect of it and the coming of age part as well. The songs are beautiful along with the story. I just recently was able to watch the dub of the movie and it was so good. I do believe there’s a second movie coming out soon or it might be already out I’m not sure because anime confuses me sometimes with release dates and stuff. Anyway I cannot recommend this queer anime enough!

I still haven’t decided on a topic for next week it’s either music artists again or drag artists! Let me know what you think!
